1) Text Features: Text is made of decal vinyl material. There is a possibility that the label could be lifted up if it is stored against other items and roughly rubbed against. Please do not intentionally scrub/rub/attempt to peel the sticker. Only to rinse the exterior without soap. After rinsing, leave it to dry. Do not rub against the mug using any form of material. Abrasion might cause the sticker to be lifted up.
2) Note that all marble swirls are different, no one marble mug is 100% similar. Do expect slight difference in the marbling colours, if any. Mugs not advisable for microwave/dishwasher due to gold plating on handle.
3) Kindly allow up to 5% of imperfection and some allowance on the surface and handle condition. However, we will check and ensure that mugs that are factory defective ones (breakage/dented) are not being sold out. Only to purchase if you are comfortable 🙂
