We sincerely apologise if some items that have been ordered become unavailable for your event. This could be due to items being defective/misplaced/damaged at our office and the website is not updated on time.
In this case, our team will recommend similar products to you for replacement.
If you are not agreeable, we will provide refund for the unavailable item or refund the entire order to you depending on your preference.

To avoid paying twice for the delivery, you can whatsapp us at 81270822 to add on more items for the same order. Only Paynow method will be available for items added-on.

All items listed in our website are ready stock unless stated as out of stock. If the item required becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange for replacements

For Helium Balloons orders: Do note that once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to provide refunds for order cancellation. However, we understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances so we will store your purchase amount as store credits for your future purchases.

For Personalised Gift: Unfortunately we wil not allow cancellation of personalised items once the item has been prepared. In the event that your order for personalised item is still processing, we will get a final confirmation from you to store the purchase amount as store credits for future purchases.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or take back un-used/used items.
