As time passes, there may be slight oxidation of the balloon colours and the balloon will start to get smaller/shrink and lose it floating effect.
Hence, we encourage you to arrange delivery/self collection on the actual day itself, best to be about an hour before the actual event starts to maximise the floating effect/the colour of the balloons/air bubbles in labels for personalised wordings.
Please note that floating time is an estimate, we will not bear any reponsibility if the balloons do not float beyond the floating hours stated.

Latex balloons will be inflated about an hour before delivery/collection.
Foil balloons will be inflated 2 to 3 hours before delivery/collection to check for leakage or manufacturer’s defects.

Air expands when heated and contracts when cooled.
Excessive heat could cause the balloon to burst. Hence we will only inflate foil balloon up to 95% to allow room for helium gas to expand.
On the other hand, helium gas may contract in a colder environment which is why the balloon might appear slightly deflated/soft when place in indoor air-con environment.
In such cases, you can use a small straw to gently blow up the balloon to it’s normal shape.

DOS:
-Place balloons in a cool environment
-Collect/Deliver the balloons as late as possible to your event
-Take gentle care to the balloons

DON’TS:
-Avoid placing helium foil balloon under direct sunlight (it may burst), very cold area (it may deflate) and near sharp object.
-Do not weigh down, squeeze, press, bent or over pull the balloons as these would result in the balloon to leak.

We do not provide helium inflation services at the moment. Do consider purchasing helium balloons from us directly 🙂

We don’t supply helium gas tank rental services at the moment! We may consider to provide such service in the future!

For uninflated balloons:
Balloons will come in a flat packaging. Do take note that strings/ribbons and handpump is not provided.

For helium-inflated balloons:
-Helium balloons will be delivered/collected already inflated.
-By default, the helium balloons will be tied with silver strings.
-Loose balloons will be tied into one bundle with one complimentary water balloon weight.
-Bundled balloons will come in their respective water balloon weight.
-For self collection, bundled balloons will also be packed into a big plastic bag for easier transportation so that the balloons will not get tangled up before reaching your destination (subject to availability).

For air-inflated balloons:
Balloons will be delivered/collected already inflated with air. Do take note that air-inflated balloons will not come with strings/ribbons.
They will be packed in a big plastic bag for easier transporation.

We do charge for additional weights required. For individual weights, we are unable to tie them individually and pass it to you as they will get tangled up and you will waste a lot of time and effort to untangle them. Instead, the helium balloons will be bundled to one single water balloon weight and we will pass you a bag with all the water balloon weights inside. Once you reach your venue, you can slowly unbundle the balloons and tie it one by one.

Our default high is about 1.6m-2m height for the balloon bouquets. The height of the bouquet can be adjustable slightly higher or lower depending on your preference.
If you need the balloon bouquets to be even higher, kindly inform us beforehand by leaving a message during the checkout or whatsapp us at 81270822 with your order ID.

For requests of >120 helium balloons, we will need to do on-site pumping as our vehicle cannot carry so many balloons. There may be additional charges for onsite pumping.

We do check for manufacturer defects by inflating the balloons 1-3 hrs before your event (see FAQ Q2). However, there may be times where the balloon may burst due to environment conditions.
If the balloon burst before passing over to you, we will either make a trip back to pump and come back and replace the balloon for you (subject to availability) OR refund the burst balloon amount back to you. We apologise if we are unable to come back and replace the balloon for you if our schedule disallows.
After the balloon is passed over to you, please handle the balloon with care. Place the balloons in a proper environment away from sharp objects (see FAQ Q4 on Balloon Care Instructions). Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for any mishandling or bursting of balloons after the balloon is passed over.

As helium balloons generally do not last long, it is recommended that you collect your balloons about an hour before your event starts (refer to FAQ Q1).
