Helium Balloons Delivery is islandwide across Singapore.
These are some restricted area that we do not deliver:
1) Beaches/Parks (i.e. Siloso Beach, East Coast Park BBQ pit)
2) Bus stops, MRT Stations or Road side
3) Yacht Ports
4) Jurong Island

The delivery will be at the nearest drop off/pick up point, which is the nearest carpark or lobby/pickup point.
For example:
– House (HDB/Private Property): Will deliver to doorstep or function room
– Hotels: Will deliver at the hotel drop off point/lift lobby
– Safra/Clubhouse/Restaurants: Will deliver to

During checkout, you will be able to select the delivery date and time slot (in blocks of ONE hour) for delivery to arrive.

Time slots are ONE-HOUR based for us to plan our schedule better and to allow delays due to traffic conditions and previous deliveries.
We will try our best to schedule delivery to arrive on time within the one hour slot that you have selected. We seek your kind understanding if the delivery reaches slightly earlier or later (5-10mins) than the selected time slot due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our deliveryman will provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) provided by the GPS or an update you when he is arriving in 5-10mins, and when he has arrived. Kindly ensure that there will be someone to receive the balloons.
Our deliveryman will wait a maximum of up to 10 mins for you to collect the balloons at the drop off point. Thereafter, he will leave with the balloons and you have to arrange your own courier to collect the balloons/arrange our next delivery slot (subject to availability) at additional charges. No refund will be provided for the delivery charges.
We seek your understanding as we are unable to wait for you for a long period of time at the drop off point as we work on a very tight schedule.
If we receive instructions to leave the balloons there, do take note that we are not responsible for any stolen/lost/burst balloons.

As helium balloons generally do not last long, it is recommended that you collect your balloons about an hour before your event starts (refer to FAQ Q1 under Helium Balloons section).

Yes you may, however it is subjected to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Therefore, please be sure of your preferred time-slot before ordering or inform us in advance regarding the change.

In the event that you will be late for your self-collection, there may be a chance that we are out for setups and will only be able to pass you your order at the next available time-slot. Please do collect your orders within your chosen time-slot to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding!
