DIY Proposal WILL YOU MARRY ME Package for Indoors (e.g. Hotel Room)

1) Balloons come with balloon weight and silver strings. Balloons and colours will be tied according to sample photo.

2) Floating time of latex balloons is approximately 8-10 hours depending on surrounding temperature. Recommended to place in cooler temperatures but avoid direct exposure under aircon. To ensure the optimal floating duration, it is recommended to arrange for delivery or collection about 1-2 hours before your event starts.

3) The customisation is of decal vinyl material. As the bubble balloon shrinks overtime, there will be creases/bubbles on the wordings which is a fairly normal occurrence. Please note customisation is single-sided only.

4) Foil balloons are sensitive to extreme temperature changes as balloon gas may compress or expand due to temperature difference. In cold air, they may appear deflated. Warm air should expand them again.

5) Balloons that we use are of high-quality, branded latex balloons from the US and Columbia. We will pump the balloons at least 1 hour before the delivery or collection timing to ensure that there are no defective balloons. Please be advised that in the rare event that the balloon burst after delivery or collection under any circumstances, we will not be held responsible.

6) While latex balloons will shrink, it will also oxidize overtime. The oxidation will cause the balloon colour to fade or appear cloudly/powdery, this is a fairly normal occurrence.

7) Please note that the photos of balloon colors may appear slightly differently in real life compared to our website photos. This could be due to screen restrictions, photo lightings and/or photo resolution differences.

Things to note:
– Avoid placing balloons under or near high temperature, direct exposure under the sun, friction and force etc. These may might cause the balloon to deflate or burst prematurely.
– Avoid any sharp objects and edges when transporting or placing the balloons.
– Parental guidance is recommended for children to use the balloons.
– Please do not inhale the helium gas from the balloons.

Warning:
Adult supervision is required as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons. Do not inhale helium gas at all time, it can be a health hazard.
